Cancellation Policy

**Rescheduling or Cancellation**
- We kindly require **24 hours' notice** for any rescheduling or cancellations.
- Last-minute changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a **30% re-booking fee**, as we are often unable to fill the reserved time.
**No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations**
- Failing to show up for your appointment or canceling/rescheduling on the same day will result in a **100% charge** of the scheduled service(s).
